Refunds for Damaged Products
We will issue a full refund for any product that arrives damaged.
Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of the purchase date
Proof of purchase is required
We may request photos of the damaged item and packaging
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method
Non-Returnable Items
Except where required by law, the following items are not eligible for return or refund if they are not damaged:
Worn, washed, or used merchandise
Items without original packaging or tags
Sale or clearance items
Gift cards or digital products
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges.
If your item arrives damaged, a refund will be issued and a replacement may be reordered separately.
Shipping Costs
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item was damaged or shipped incorrectly
